Terms of service
These terms apply to use of Index 9 Studio, a private workspace operated by its owner. Read these terms and the privacy policy before using the workspace. If you do not accept them, do not access its protected features or submit content.
1. Who may use the service
Access is limited to the owner and people or automated assistants the owner explicitly authorizes. A public information-page URL is not permission to use the workspace. Do not share its access token, impersonate another user, attempt to bypass authentication, or access accounts or materials without permission.
2. Production and account connections
The service helps prepare narrated, captioned videos and approved social uploads. You remain responsible for the content, narration, captions, edits, metadata, rights, factual accuracy, and final review. Automated processing can make mistakes.
Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage. OAuth approval grants the permissions shown by the provider; it is not a guarantee that every integration or publishing mode has been approved by that provider.
3. Publishing authorization and visibility
Review the destination account, video, title or caption, visibility, audience, disclosures, and schedule before approving a publishing request. An approved request may be executed later by the always-on publisher, including while your computer is asleep.
The private status of the workspace does not make an approved social post private. Platform visibility settings determine who can see it. Connecting an account alone does not approve a post. You are responsible for the instructions you give an assistant that can access the workspace.
4. Your content and permitted processing
You keep your rights in content you provide. You authorize the operator and the configured service providers to store, process, transmit, and, when approved, publish that content as needed to carry out your requests. This does not grant a general right to sell or publicly showcase your private projects.
Use only material you have permission to use, including images, music, scripts, voices, and personal information. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, privacy violations, or infringement. Follow applicable disclosure and platform rules for edited or AI-generated content.
5. Third-party services
Index 9 uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of other connected platforms and optional processing providers is subject to their applicable terms and account requirements.
Index 9 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, or Groq. A provider can change its API, quotas, eligibility, pricing, or authorization rules. No connection, free tier, approval, or access token is promised to last forever.
6. Availability and charges
This deployment is an owner-operated workspace, not a service with a guaranteed uptime or completion-time commitment. Rendering, hosting, downloads, and uploads can be delayed, fail, or require manual recovery. Keep independent copies of important materials.
These terms do not enroll you in a paid Index 9 subscription. External providers may charge under their own account arrangements; these terms do not authorize a purchase or override those arrangements.
7. Privacy, removal, and ending access
The privacy policy explains data processing, shared-token access, and retention. See data deletion instructions to disconnect an account or ask the owner to remove stored data. Stopping access does not automatically delete stored files or posts already sent to a platform.
The owner may restrict access for security, misuse, maintenance, or closure of the workspace. You may stop using it at any time, disconnect your accounts, revoke provider access, and request deletion.
8. Responsibility and questions
The service is provided as available, without a promise of error-free results, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or platform acceptance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For questions, contact the workspace owner through the private channel used to arrange access. Material changes should be reflected in these terms and their updated date. Review them before continuing to use changed features.
